Frequently asked questions
How often should I service my air-con?
For most Singapore homes, a general servicing every 3 months keeps units cooling well and prevents mould and water leaks. Units used heavily or in dusty areas may benefit from more frequent cleaning. We'll advise based on what we see.
What's the difference between a chemical wash and a chemical overhaul?
A chemical wash is a deep chemical clean of the fan coil while it stays mounted. A chemical overhaul fully dismantles the unit for a more thorough restoration — best for units that are very dirty, leaking water or smelling musty.
How much does it cost?
General servicing starts at $60 (1 unit). Chemical wash is $120–$140 per unit, gas top-up from $60 per unit, and repairs from a $60 callout. Installation is quoted on-site. All prices are nett, in SGD. See our full price list.
I'm not sure what's wrong — can someone just come and take a look?
Yes. Book a home assessment and a specialist will come to inspect your units, diagnose the issue and advise the best fix — with a clear price agreed before anything is done. The visit is from $60, with no obligation to proceed.
Which areas do you cover?
We serve all of Singapore — islandwide — including HDB, condominium, landed and commercial properties. There is no travel surcharge within Singapore.
Do you take a deposit?
No deposit is required. You pay by PayNow or cash after the job is done. If a repair genuinely cannot be fixed, only a transport charge applies.
Which brands do you service and install?
We service all major air-con brands. For new installations and replacements we recommend Mitsubishi Electric and Daikin systems, which are proven to last in Singapore's climate.
